Background

Tackle is a time tracking and reporting tool born out of a personal need for a simpler, more efficient solution. Its founder initially developed the software to track their own time and easily convert it into spreadsheets. Recognizing the potential for a broader audience, they released the tool on an open-source platform, "Buy Me a Coffee." After 13 years at 2021, the founder revisited their original project, recognizing the growing market need for a more efficient solution. Inspired by the positive response to the initial open-source release, they decided to refine and expand the concept into a dedicated product. Today, Tackle is a YC-backed company that continues to innovate and provide valuable time management tools to users worldwide.

My roles and few words

At Tackle I stretched my limit. My time at TimeTackle Inc allowed me to hone my skills and contribute meaningfully to a successful product. From product designing to collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting thorough QA testing, proper documentation process, researching data driven results I've done it all. As a product designer one of the biggest flex was researching about a feature that might be useful but still not implemented. You are the one who visioned it and wanted to make it happen by doing proper research not on just assumption. I'm excited to leverage this extra ordinary experience to continue making new products from vision to reality.
